THE TEXT

…“the coordinator shall conduct the assessment described by that subsection and submit to the executive commissioner a written report”…

Bill text, introduced version (I)

The bill's only required product is an assessment and a written report with recommendations to the executive commissioner. Any change in language access waits for someone else to act on that report later.

THE TEXT

…“the commission shall employ a language access coordinator”…

Bill text, introduced version (I)

The bill directs the commission to employ a new language access coordinator position to run the assessment. It is one staff hire, not a board, fund or fee, so the instance is weak.
