Caption from analyzed text · version H.

Summary

Below the usual minimum acreage, and the land need not connect.

The bill lets the Far North Fort Worth Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Tarrant and Wise Counties set up special defined areas inside the district, even if they fall below the state's usual minimum acreage and even if the land is not connected. It touches property owners and future residents in those areas, who can be taxed and saddled with bond debt for improvements that mainly serve their area. On the ground, the district gets new ways to borrow and tax piece by piece across scattered tracts, starting immediately or on September 1, 2025.
