Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

Set term: forever. Easements granted from September 1, 2025 on.

The bill says any easement the Parks and Wildlife Commission grants to an electric cooperative on state land run by the parks department must last forever. It touches electric cooperatives and the state parks and wildlife land they cross with lines or equipment. New easements granted on or after September 1, 2025 become permanent instead of carrying a set term, while older easements stay under the old rules.
