Summary

Any licensed agency with at least two registered nurses.

This bill widens which home and community support services agencies must follow the state's workplace violence prevention rules for health care settings. Before, only agencies licensed to provide home health services and employing at least two registered nurses were covered; now any agency licensed under that chapter with at least two registered nurses is covered. Newly covered agencies must meet the workplace violence requirements by September 1, 2026, and the change itself takes effect September 1, 2025.
