Summary

Act on a report, skip the final for 90 days, it goes public.

This bill makes a Texas Education Agency preliminary investigation report about a school district public if the education commissioner acts against the district based on that report and then fails to issue a final report within 90 days. It also says a school district may release a preliminary report only if its board of trustees approves the release by vote. Any report released either way must have witness identifying information blacked out.
