Names each issuing district and how much is still owed.
The bill makes the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation post a list, every quarter, of bonds it guarantees that have been downgraded to a speculative (junk) rating. The list must name the school district or charter district that issued each bond and show how much is still owed on it. The first list is due by December 1, 2025, so the public can see which school bonds backed by the state fund have gone shaky.
