Summary

Just the subchapter now, and two subsections repealed.

The bill changes the laser hair removal law so the executive director administers and enforces only that subchapter, not the whole chapter as the current text says. It also repeals two subsections, Section 401.516(b) and (c) of the Health and Safety Code, whose contents are not shown in this text. It touches the state official who oversees laser hair removal and the businesses and workers in that field, and it takes effect September 1, 2025.
