The only duty is an internal yearly review. There is no report, no deadline for changes and no required result, so any real change to adoption assistance waits on whatever the review turns up.

Services to annually review the department's process to enter into
adoption assistance agreements.
Money, the top subsidy and eligibility get a yearly look. No public release, no follow-up.
The bill orders the Department of Family and Protective Services to review, once a year, how it sets up adoption assistance agreements. The review must look at how much money is available, the top subsidy amount and how it is set, and how the department decides which children qualify. Nothing about the subsidies themselves changes, and the bill requires no report, no public release and no follow-up action.
