Summary

Two sections on how the boiler board runs are repealed.

The bill cuts the deadline for an inspection agency to file a boiler certificate inspection report with the executive director from 30 days to 10 days after the inspection. It also repeals two sections of the boiler law, Section 755.011(d) and Section 755.018, which the caption ties to how the board of boiler rules is made up and run. Inspection agencies and their inspectors must report faster starting September 1, 2025, and whatever those two repealed sections required ends on that date.
