Summary

Due every odd-numbered year by December 1.

The bill requires the Legislative Budget Board to send the Legislature a report every odd-numbered year by December 1. The report must list each budget item from the prior two-year state budget that depended on some condition and actually took effect because that condition happened. The first report is due December 1, 2025, which gives lawmakers a running record of which conditional spending was triggered.
