relating to the issuance of permits for producer dairies in certain areas of this state.

Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

Section 435.006(d), gone. Dairies in certain areas notice.

The bill repeals one subsection of the state law on milk and dairy permits, Section 435.006(d) of the Health and Safety Code. The caption says that subsection governs the issuance of permits for producer dairies in certain areas of Texas, so it touches dairy producers in those areas and the state office that issues their permits. The bill text does not restate the repealed language, but once it takes effect, whatever area-specific permit rule that subsection set is gone.
