Summary

Yearly report to the state housing department by January 1.

The bill requires every city, county, or other local government with certain subsidized apartment complexes inside its borders to send the state housing department a yearly report by January 1. The covered complexes are those getting state-administered bond financing, housing tax credits, or a local property tax exemption, and the report must list the developer, the property value, and how long the benefit lasts. The housing department must post this information in a public database, keep it for at least two years after the benefits end, and send the legislature a yearly report by March 1.
