The board waives its fee and pays the vendor’s too.
The bill makes the state educator certification board waive its own fee and pay the vendor's fee for anyone taking the exam to be certified to teach bilingual education. It touches would-be bilingual education teachers, the board, and the testing vendor. Starting September 1, 2025, people taking that exam pay nothing for it, and the board covers the vendor's charge.

WHAT IT DOES
The board waives its fee and pays the vendor’s too.

The fee waiver and payment go to one certification class, bilingual education candidates, but the caption says so plainly, so the narrowness is honest.
