HB 3152
Hull Pledge Bill Requires Displays Schools Never Have To Buy
Died in committee
Verdict: Smells
Why it's charged
The hole
The bill orders the pledge text posted in every classroom, then says schools never have to spend any public money to buy those displays. A school that gets no donations may have no clear way to meet the mandate.
