THE TEXT
…“million and containing a municipality with a population of 750,000”…
Bill text, introduced version (I)
The caption reads like a statewide change to bail bond board meetings. The population bracket, a county under 1.3 million that contains a city of 750,000 or more, limits the new schedule to a handful of places at most.

Summary
Just counties under 1.3M with a city of 750,000 or more. Odd months only.
The bill lets a county bail bond board in a narrowly described type of county meet six times a year, in odd-numbered months, instead of the usual once a month. It touches that board and the bail bond license holders who depend on it to act on their renewals. If such a board tables a renewal or does not act on it, the holder's current license stays in effect until the board's next meeting.
