The bill orders the State Board of Education to require instruction in grades six through eight on the humanity of the unborn child and the idea that life begins at fertilization, as part of the health curriculum. It also requires schools to show three named videos each year, from LiveAction, the St. John Paul II Life Center and PBS NOVA, as long as the videos are publicly available.
