Summary

Same county, within five miles of an airport they serve.

The bill lets airlines holding a state permit to serve alcohol on flights store sealed alcoholic beverages in the same county as, and within five miles of, an airport they regularly serve, not only at the airport itself. It touches airline passenger transportation permit holders and the state alcohol commission that writes the storage rules. Airlines could keep their liquor stock in nearby off-airport warehouses starting September 1, 2025.
