Summary
Any airport it serves, or within five miles in the same county.
This bill changes where an airline holding a state passenger transportation permit may store alcoholic beverages. It lets the airline keep sealed containers of any size at any airport it regularly serves, or at a site in the same county and within five miles of that airport, following rules set by the alcohol commission. On the ground, airlines get a legal option to use off-airport storage near the airports they serve, starting September 1, 2025.
