Summary

Groundwater export fees it already collects, now on county roads.

This bill lets the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District spend the groundwater export fees it already collects on county roads and on local groundwater environmental programs and infrastructure. It touches the district, the counties it partners with, and whoever pays its export fees.
